WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS
As a full-time Service Dispatcher, you enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule between 9 AM and 5:30 PM. Your day begins with receiving service requests from our valued clients. With your keen eye for detail, you draft accurate quotes and dispatch skilled technicians or subcontractors to resolve issues promptly. As you manage purchase orders and negotiate rates with subcontractors, your professionalism shines through in every interaction. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A SERVICE DISPATCHER
Our ideal Service Dispatcher is proactive, adaptable, highly organized, able to multitask effectively, and ready to take on new challenges. You might be perfect for this dispatch role if you can also meet the following qualifications!
- High school diploma, GED, or higher
- 2 years of experience in retail management, dispatching, project management, or customer service
- Willingness to work in the office
- Willingness to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and weekends on occasion

- Average typing speed of 40 WPM
